Remote Support Service

Depending on your technical issue we may be able to offer you over the internet support. What this means is we will talk you through a very short remote control procedure, and once the connection is successful we can perform almost anything from our office direct to you. None of us needs to leave our seats. This is by far the most economical as we can resolve issues much quicker than having to drive to you navigating traffic.

Service includes:

• Guaranteed remote support on the day of the appointment
• All issues resolved as per the work order received

• Requesting additional services not in the original package once we are on site may result in extra charges.
• All hardware and software is provided by you unless requested for Techaroo to do so.
